We have now enjoyed seven months of recruitment freedom and found the market receptive to our approach and candidates warming to our friendly and flexible style. We are at the point where we either rebrand our URL or tweak the legacy site, how important is a next generation look and feel in the recruitment space and what is the enduser looking for the site to do. So do we keep it simplistic and somewhat vanilla or do we bring the whole 2.0 ethos to the site?
